American Housing Fund understands that we can have great intentions with seeking program help; however, when working with separate organizations - it is easy for our efforts to be disjointed and overwhelming. At AHF we get an understanding of where you are, your total needs, your existing resources and we identify gaps in the services you are receiving and the desired outcome. Our system creates an individual success plan that brings organizations together on your behalf. We work from one plan to ensure you have the support you need to progress towards your goals.
