What is the connect portal?
We use the connect portal to send you messages and send you any forms to be completed.
How do I get to my connect portal?
You can access the connect portal by visiting ahf.socialsolutionsportal.com or by clicking on the picture below:
How do I set my password and username?
Check your email. You should have received two emails, one from "Apricot Software" and one from "Social Solutions." The email from Social Solutions will have a link to log in and have you set your password. Please write down your password so that you do not forget it!
