American Housing Fund works with housing communities and property management companies to support tenants and their plans for the future. We meet with clients and provide caring, actionable plans that align with the client's needs and goals, whether it be additional education, a new job, or medical support for their child. After the plan is created, we continue to support our clients with follow up meetings, services check-ins, and community support.
